Who should take Kaletra?

Kaletra is intended to be used in combination with other medications for people infected with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Kaletra can be prescribed for adults, adolescents, children and neonates 14 days and older (dosage is based on body weight for children up to 18 years of age).
