Who should not take lopinavir and ritonavir (LPV/r)?

If you have ever suffered from pancreatitis, long QT syndrome, hemophilia, liver disease, arrhythmia or diabetes, have high triglycerides or cholesterol or low blood potassium, you should talk to your doctor before taking lopinavir-ritonavir. If you are allergic to lopinavir, ritonavir or any of the other ingredients of this drug, you should not take lopinavir-ritonavir. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take lopinavir-ritonavir.
