Who should not take LNZ (lamivudine, nevirapine and zidovudine)?

LNZ (lamivudine, nevirapine and zidovudine) should not be taken by people who already have liver or kidney problems. This is due to possible side effects from some of the drugs. Children under 12 years of age should not take the higher dosages of LNZ. People who have had any previous allergic reactions to any of the ingredients should not take LNZ combination therapy.
