What are the side effects of indinavir?

Side effects associated with indinavir may include: digestive problems, such as hunger, thirst, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and stomach pain or upset; frequent or increased urination; headaches; dizziness; weakness; back or side pain; muscle pain; blood in the urine; fatigue; excess bleeding and bruising; low appetite; abdominal pain; dark colored urine; yellow eyes or skin; pale coloring; and flu-like symptoms. If you experience side effects of indinavir, consult your doctor. Some people may experience symptoms of an allergic reaction and require immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: skin rash; swelling of the face, tongue or throat; along with difficuly breathing. If this occurs, call 911.
