Is LNZ (lamivudine, nevirapine, and zidovudine) administered to children?

LNZ (lamivudine, nevirapine and zidovudine) may be used for treating children with HIV infection. The higher dose combination should not be used in children younger than 12 years of age. For treatment outside of the United States, a combination of a much lower dosage was approved for use in young children.
