Abacavir-lamivudine-zidovudine tablets are a combination of three antiretroviral medications found in the brand name drug Trizivir. They are used to treat problems related to human immune deficiency virus (HIV) infection. A part of the drug class of Combination Antiretroviral Medication, this prescription does not cure HIV or stop it from being contagious. It may, however, slow the spread of the virus within your body and halt the condition from destroying your immune system. This medication is taken orally in tablet form.
