Where can I find help for anger control?

There are a number of places where you can find help for addressing anger control. Your doctor may be able to give you a referral to a counselor or mental health professional. If you are comfortable talking with those you know, seek recommendations from family, friends, or co-workers. Another source may be your employer's employee assistance program. Talking to a family member, trusted friend, teacher, or co-worker may also be beneficial.
