Lidoderm can interact with medications that treat heart rhythm disorders. Tell your doctor if you are taking disopyramide, flecainide, mexiletine, procainamide, quinidine, propafenone or tocainide. Also, avoid applying other topical medications or cosmetics to areas where you have used Lidoderm.
