How does Androderm interact with other medications or food?

Before you use the Androderm patch, you should discuss all medications and supplements that you use regularly or occasionally with your doctor. If taken with some medications, Androderm (testosterone) may cause more severe side effects or it may alter the dosage needed for other medications. These medications include: anticoagulants or blood thinners; certain beta blockers, including propranolol; carbamazepine; corticosteroids; diabetes medications, including insulin and oral hypoglycemics; and macrolide immunosuppressants. Androderm is not likely to interact with food.
