What are possible side effects of Lortab?

Possible side effects of Lortab (hydrocodone and acetaminophen), a prescription medicine to treat moderate to moderately severe pain, include lightheadedness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and feeling very sleepy. These side effects are more common if you are up and about—lying down may help you feel better. Lortab can also cause more serious side effects, including respiratory depression—slow or irregular breathing—which can be dangerous. If you have slowed or irregular breathing or chest tightness, call your doctor immediately.
