Will I experience any side effects while taking Premesyn PMS?

Premesyn PMS can cause several side effects, including drowsiness, restlessness and constipation. One of the ingredients in Premesyn PMS is pyrilamine. Pyrilamine can make you feel very tired, and it may even affect your ability to think clearly or react quickly. Use caution when driving after taking Premesyn PMS. This medication may also cause an allergic reaction in some people. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include having trouble breathing, swelling of the lips, tongue or face and skin rash. Some people may have serious side effects after taking this medication. If you experience the following symptoms, contact your doctor immediately:
  • abnormal bruising or bleeding
  • aches or other flu symptoms
  • changes to your heartbeat
  • headaches, decreased sweating and increased thirst, accompanied by hot, dry skin
  • stomach pain, loss of appetite or nausea
  • urinating less
