Drinking alcohol while taking hydrocodone-acetaminophen will increase the likelihood of suffering dizziness, drowsiness and liver damage. If you are taking naltrexone, do not take hydrocodone-acetaminophen due to potentially dangerous interactions. You should tell your doctor if you are taking any of the following medications, as they may potentially interact with hydrocodone-acetaminophen: any pain relief medication especially plain acetaminophen, cimetidine, isoniazid, monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, seizure-suppressing drugs, antihistamines and anticholinergic drugs.
