Taking the antidepressant and antianxiety medication isocarboxazid (Marplan) along with the prescription pain medication Vicodin (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) may increase the potency of either drug. Alert your doctor to the fact that you take isocarboxazid before you begin using Vicodin.
