How does Azulfidine EN-Tabs interact with other medications or food?

People who are allergic to sulfa drugs, aspirin, or salicylates should not take Azulfidine EN-Tabs, as a severe allergic reaction could occur. Azulfidine EN-Tabs may interact with digoxin (digitalis) and with folic acid or supplements containing folic acid. You should tell your doctor about all prescription and over-the-counter medications you take, as well as any vitamins or supplements. If you have any concerns about taking Azulfidine EN-Tabs with your regular diet, you should talk with your doctor.
