While you are taking Diurex PMS, it is important to avoid alcohol. Alcohol increases the severity of side effects such as drowsiness. Alcohol also increases your risk of liver damage. Check with your doctor before you take Diurex PMS if you consume three or more alcoholic beverages a day. Until you know how your body reacts to this medication, avoid driving or other dangerous activities. While taking Diurex PMS, avoid taking medications with acetaminophen in them. If taking these medications is unavoidable, make sure you know how much acetaminophen is in each one so that you do not take more than four grams (4000 mg) in one day. If you take too much acetaminophen, contact a Poison Control Center immediately, even if you do not experience any symptoms.
