What are health benefits of saunas?

Saunas have been used around the world for centuries for detoxification and relaxation. A sauna (a small room or facility where people sit or recline in hot temperatures to sweat) rids your body of toxins and helps to improve overall circulation. To get the best effect, you should sit in a sauna for no more than 45 minutes. The object is to heat your fat cells sufficiently so that the toxins stored within them are released through your sweat glands.
