How soon after taking albuterol will my symptoms improve?

Depending on the severity of your symptoms and dose form used (inhalation, tablet or liquid), you may notice a change immediately or within an hour of taking albuterol. The inhalation form of albuterol works the quickest and the liquid and tablets work slower. If your symptoms do not improve or worsen, talk to your doctor.
