Alternative medical practitioners and conventional ones can come together for many recommendations to help the symptoms of fatigue, malaise, stress, and low energy that are purported to be a result of adrenal fatigue. The diet should be low in sugar and avoid processed grains. Healthy protein and fat are encouraged. Taking steps to reduce stress levels, including making time for yourself, is recommended. Regular exercise, such as walking 10-15 minutes several times daily, can improve overall energy levels.
