What should I avoid while taking acetaminophen?

Until you know how you will react to acetaminophen, you should not drive or operate any heavy machinery. Do not use with any other products containing acetaminophen. Avoid taking more acetaminophen than recommended. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health care provider or poison control center. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking acetaminophen. If you consume three or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your health care provider whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.
