Can I use enalaprilat if I am breastfeeding?

If you are breastfeeding, you should not use enalaprilat. Studies have found that this blood pressure medication passes into breast milk and may cause potentially serious reactions in a breastfeeding baby. Talk to your doctor about whether you should wean your baby in order to take enalaprilat or switch to a different treatment.
