What drug allergies might make lisinopril dangerous for me?

If you are allergic to other angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, you may be allergic to lisinopril as well. Allergic reactions to lisinopril and other ACE inhibitors can be severe. Talk to your doctor before you take lisinopril if you have drug allergies to any of the following drugs: moexipril; enalapril; benazepril; captopril; fosinopril; perindopril; quinapril; trandolapril; or ramipril.
