    Oak Hill Hospital “Together, Performing at a Higher Standard” Oak Hill Hospital is celebrating over thirty years of quality care, with a focus on patient safety, and a commitment to the most advanced next-generation technology. It has grown to be the largest hospital in Hernando County with more than 1,100 associates, 350 physicians, and 250 volunteers. Oak Hill Hospital is the innovator and market leader in the region, providing the latest and most advanced technologies and services to the communities we serve. Some of the many meaningful, patient-centered services and programs available include: hospitalists, 24/7 on-site critical care intensivists, 24/7 on-site radiology coverage, a dedicated CT located right in the ER, and a comprehensive open heart surgical hospital. National accreditations include stroke, heart failure, chest pain, knee and hip surgery, spinal fusion and cancer care. Our nationally acclaimed ER offers the only hospital in the country with 100 percent board certified ER nurses and Pediatric ER nurses. The hospital’s Graduate Medical Education program began in July 2014 and provides residency program for medical doctors.
