John Randolph Medical Center - HCA Virginia

    Our Mission

John Randolph has served the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas since 1915 and today provides a wide range of diagnostic, medical and surgical services. Our goal is to offer the best of both worlds—high-quality, technology-assisted, expert care delivered in a warm, welcoming and personalized environment. Our recently opened Wellness Pavilion provides consolidated behavioral health services – inpatient hospitalization, outpatient programs, community resources, and peer support groups – under one roof. Our pediatrics-ready Emergency Department sees a high volume of children and teenagers because of its specialized expertise. In addition, we are a Primary Stroke Care Center and an accredited Chest Pain Center, reflecting our industry-leading approach in using evidence-based care for patients. John Randolph is part of HCA Virginia, the commonwealth’s most comprehensive health system with 13 hospitals, two freestanding Emergency Centers, some 30 other outpatient centers, and 3,200 affiliated physicians in central, southwest and northern Virginia.,
