    As a Professional geriatric care manager, I help the aging family with meeting the needs of all the family members.  As professional geriatric care manager I am a health and human services specialist that leads and advocates for families who are caring for aging loved ones or disabled adults. 

    As a Professional geriatric care manager, I support my aging clients and their families in reaching their greatest functional abilities. Obtaining independence is paramount, with safety and security issues confronted. As a Professional geriatric care manager, I answer questions relevant to the health and welfare of my aging client and family.
