I have suffered from anxiety and depression for years but never wanted to seek help as I was embarrassed; however, after encouragement from my family, I finally decided to reach out to someone. I went to three different therapists before I came to Dr. Ogborn and I'm so happy I did. Dr. Ogborn was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend her!
