Not only is she completely knowledgeable in her craft, but has the compassion to listen to and make her clients feel heard. She provided a ton of resources for visibility, but also made it a point to ask for the goals and wants of her clients - then make a roadmap to get there. She takes her time to explain things, in a way that someone not in her field can get entirely. She answered questions that had gone unanswered for over a year. Seriously I wish I could give her a 20 out of 5 rating. Her warmth and professionalism, her ability to connect with her patients and lastly her ability to find and drive solutions - absolutely fantastic. If you suffer from glaucoma or any other low visibility issues, do yourself a favor and come to Dr. Putnam. She has tons of resources, and makes sure you know she’s your advocate for better vision or finding solutions.
