I’ve had bouts of anxiety since I was a young child. Sometimes they can be so debilitating that I don’t want to leave the house. I found that online therapy works best for me but I didn’t want to lose the value of an in-person session. I always feel welcome and feel like the experience is very similar to what an in-person session would be like.
