One thing that frustrates me is cooling my heels in a doctor's waiting room. when making an appointment for a specific time I expect to be seen at that time. (Isn't that what 'appointment' means?)Not an issue here: Check-in was efficient; waiting time was near-zero; the standard of care was first-rate.This was my first visit to this practice and I'm so glad that it was recommended to me. I'm very pleased!
