My visits with Dr. Mestechkina are great. She is incredibly thoughtful in her approach and creates a trusting and open environment. She helps me find new ways to approach my issues and provides me with the tools I need outside of our sessions. My sessions with her are always pleasant, personable, productive, and helpful. I always feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders after seeing her. I highly recommend Dr. M!
