I would highly recommend Suzanne Berger for couples counseling. My husband and I had gone to multiple couples counselors without getting any real help. We were fighting all the time and not doing well. We went to Suzanne for 6 months and now we fight soooo much less and are in a good place with our relationship. It was really challenging work with her, and we often would get very upset during sessions. But that was because to make a marriage work, you have to confront things about yourself that don't feel good. It was life changing therapy. I highly recommend her. She's pricey, but worth every penny.

  • My focus in individual therapy is on helping people recognize how their past contributes to the challenges and conflicts they face and how their present offers them opportunities to feel, think and act in new, self-affirming ways.
