We have seen multiple specialists for our daughter and none compare Dr. McGowin. Not only was she great with our 2 1/2 year old, she's incredibly knowledgeable and uses a data-driven approach that gave our family a plan as how to best help our daughter, and not a 2 hour philosophical diatribe and an opinion without any real observation like we have seen from others in the field. She was super sweet to our daughter, and really made it a team effort as she listened to our concerns and showed us the cause of those concerns with a thorough breakdown of what is going on in her body after analyzing her stool and urine. She even picked out a tongue tie that no one to this point knew about. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive to see her and we will have no problem making future trips.
