Shelly has provided a warm, engaging and insightful environment that has helped me emotionally, spiritually, and through some of the darkest moments in my life. I frequently walk out of her office feeling accomplished, armed with tools and insight, and feeling better! I've done a lot of healing and couldn’t imagine a better (or more patient) therapist to travel through it all with. She works hard and has a delightful sense of humor - I would not hesitate to refer any person or couple I know.
