I highly recommend Shari Bernstein Meyer as a private therapist; she is attentive and compassionate and easy to talk to. She creates a safe and comfortable environment to open up and has great skill in motivational interviewing, mindfulness and CBT modalities. I appreciate her humility and authenticity. I also think she is funny and humor is invaluable in therapy at times. I am grateful to the place that she has helped me get to and look forward to the deeper work we are entering into currently.
