I am a patient of Scott Bulger. I cannot say enough kind things about this physical therapist. I am recovering from rotator cuff surgery and he is helping me get my full function back. Scott really understands pain and he listens to his patients. He is an excellent listener but he also knows how to get results! He is very kind and compassionate as well. He knows what has to be done, and he will get you there. You are in competent hands if you choose this therapist to help you recover.
