I first was introduced to Sarah when she hosted a nutrition talk at my running club I liked that she focused on talking about balance being key to a healthy lifestyle. My first visit we did a metabolic screening something I never knew existed! This apparently was to provide a baseline for my nutrition plan. I felt at ease and more confident in following the plan as Sarah took the time to ask about my food likes and dislikes, exercise, stress etc. I would definitely recommend her to all!
