Dr. Robert J. Black of the Storm Eye Institute is one of the most engaging and competent eye doctors I’ve had over many years. It is rare to find a doctor who actually takes time to speak with patients as if they’re longtime friends. If you’re looking for a drive-thru eye doctor, then maybe look elsewhere, but if you want a thorough eye exam with full explanation of your eyes health and vision, this is the place and Dr. Black is best in the business.
