I spoke with Dr. Collin on the phone. He actually answered! He did, however, say that he had moved, and that his office was not in Sugar Hill, GA, but in fact, he moved four years ago to 4965 Lanier Islands Pkwy #103, Buford, GA 30518 I like that he has a way of explaining what he is doing, what my options are, and he suggests, but does not insist, on his preferred way to handle my care.
