Regina is fabulous, she really knows her stuff, her knowledge, expertise and understanding of mental health and alcoholism is incredible. She made me feel comfortable really quickly, she has a great sense of humor which helped put me at ease and she is very attentive and encouraging! Her warm and friendly style along with her openness has helped me better understand myself and get to the heart of my issues; she has taught me a lot of coping skills for dealing with stress in healthier ways, working with Regina has been a remarkable journey.
