She is an excellent health coach and frequently reminds me the things I need to hear for good health habits for all seasons. She is exactly what I was looking for and needing at this point in my life. I have neglected my health for too long. I can confess my weaknesses to her and we work to improve them together for better health for me. Dr. Allen has been a true blessing to my health.
