The front desk lady was rude. I asked her to follow up with a request I had made 2 days before and she informed me that what I needed was not possible. She insisted I had to make an appointment to be seen. When I arrived for my appointment the doctor told me she had already taken care if what I needed and thought I was there for a new issue. I repeatedly asked for the front desk person to please check and she would not. If you as the front desk (face of the office) show more respect and compassion perhaps you are working in the wrong place. People often have serious needs and need a caring touch that was not given.
