I’ve been in therapy for 25 years and Nova is the most helpful therapist I have ever had. She is well-informed, logical and intelligent while still maintaining compassion. Nova does the hard work of collecting, understanding and disseminating resources and information. When something comes up in my life and I ask. “What am I supposed to do” she usually had an answer that requires me reflect on the situation in a meaningful way. I have had a number of therapists whom I felt were not really listening. Nova is the opposite - she actively listens, and gives relevant input. I could go on about the ways in which Nova has changed my thinking for the better, but it would just be my specific story. Truly truly the best therapist I have ever had. My life philosophy is being built around my discussions in sessions with Nova.
