I was taken by ambulance to the Emergency Department of Mount Sinai Hospital, February 18, 2019. As soon as I arrived, I was given immediate attention. After my vital signs were taken, Dr. Genes diagnosed my case before any blood work was done. I cannot understand all this talk about patients not being given enough attention in the Emergency Department! At the time, I was there, the nurse told me that each nurse only had 6 patients at a time on a shift. I myself was a critically ill patient, who was 80 years old and thanks to Dr. Genes, I was out in no time and I am still here!
