I've just started Marcos' virtual 10-minute meditation sessions. Very soothing, very relaxing. His sessions are twice a day but I particularly like the evening sessions where I dim the lights and light a candle. It's a nice little getaway from this topsy-turvy world. Thank you, Marcos.
