Marc is an excellent provider. He takes his time to listen and then matches techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to teach you to implement during the undesirable behavior you are experiencing. I would recommend Marc to anyone who wants to learn about CBT and do the work. It may take months or years, but you will definitely know what to do when you need it the most.
