It's a stress reliever, a great immune booster and it helps you sleep better, both which help speed recovery. Acupuncture is especially helpful in treating chronic pain and aiding in post-surgical rehabilitation.
Acupuncture also treats things you've probably never thought of treating before like acid reflux, painful periods, depression, anxiety, migraines, and the list goes on and on.
