After attending group sessions for about 3 months once/week I'm able to report that I no longer suffer from daily panic attacks, no longer take anti-depressant medication, no longer take anti-anxiety medication and am able to drive without fear again. I even got on an elevator and rode in it multiple times. I thought that I must have been one of the rare cases of people who can't be helped until I met Lori. I'm so sorry to see her move out of Jacksonville :(
