When a patient is presented to our office, it is important that we perform a complete examination and medical fact finding in order to understand and diagnose the patient's condition accurately and completely. We take the history of the current condition as well as a past medical and surgical history. We perform an orthopedic and neurological examination. The information from these procedures guides us to a diagnosis as well as a plan of care.
