I don't have the words to describe how much Lisa has helped me. Not only did she help bring me through the lowest point in my life but continues to help me approach life in a better way so as to be happier and enjoy it like I never thought I could. 5 Stars just isn't enough.
My philosophy is that our relationship with uncertainty and the way we view ourselves and the world directly affects the quality of our lives. I also believe that the client is the expert of their own life and I am available to guide them through the difficult life stages that are presented. I have had a lot of success empowering clients who initially were feeling powerless. Clients come to therapy because they want something in their lives to change for the better; I will help you to work on this and teach any coping methods necessary to get you through this difficult time and improve the quality of your life. Good things can come out of not so good things; they are called life's lessons. My hope is to educate more people on the benefits of mindfulness and the importance of self compassion and empathy for a happier and healthier life.
