Lauren is awesome! I've always been very skeptical of therapy. I thought I'd go to one session prove that the therapist didn't know what they were doing and never go back. I've had horrible experiences in the past and was sure this would be no different. I decided to try it out again because I was at my wits end and was willing to try anything. That was back in Sept. 2018. She totally proved me wrong and now I look forward to my visits because I'm seeing results. She's very easy to open up to.
