I went to Ms. Boyle in crisis. My world felt like it was crashing down around me. School, family, friends, everything felt like too much. I knew this wasn't who I wanted to be. She initially helped me come up with strategies for when my anxiety and depression were especially bad. She worked on redirecting negative thought patterns that I didn't even know I had through CBT. She built up my self-confidence, esteem, and resilience. She is helped me help myself to become stable. Definitely recommend
